Description

Caring for a family member can often come with significant challenges. Emotional stress, the physical demands of assisting with daily tasks, the maze of medical and insurance protocols and the lack of personal time can become overwhelming. This three-part workshop utilizes The Tiny Habits Method, developed at Stanford University and takes advantage of the latest findings in the field of neuroscience to create innovative and practical ways to reduce the overwhelm that caregivers often must deal with. Polly Lemire is a certified Tiny Habits coach who specializes in applying novel and practical strategies from the world of neuroscience to daily challenges. Polly also has more than a decade of experience as a private-duty caregiver to older adults as well as having cared for terminally ill family members. She is retired from a career in sales & marketing as well as corporate training.
