Most people don’t think “Anthropology” when they think of the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair. They think of the spectacular and ornate buildings, the giant Ferris Wheel, the popularization of the ice cream cone, hot dogs, and iced tea. They also think of the throngs of people who attended the Fair, 20 million people over its 7 month duration.
