Description

In these busy and disruptive times meditating periodically is known to quiet the body, focus the mind and promote feelings of tranquility. We will practice several short guided meditations while sitting comfortably in a chair. This series will also include a reflective meditation on a particular theme, this session’s focus will be mind. Meditation may also reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, and support physical health. You may enroll in one or more of these individual meditation classes.
