In these classes many methods of meditation will be discussed: for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, to quiet the mind and bring peace back into the heart. Some practices may go back thousands of years, and other approaches may be modern alternative healing techniques.
Students are invited to attend, whether they have been meditating for years or if they are brand-new beginners. Melynnique’s many years of study of the wisdom of the Far East and 20 years of teaching meditation for Oasis allows her to present unique perspectives to enable students to find their own path toward spiritual awareness and peace through meditation. Each class is designed to bring ever-expansive understanding of the possibilities of meditation.
