World Leaders met in Paris in January 1919 to ensure that the ‘War to End All Wars’ was not fought in vain.  Inspired by President Woodrow Wilson, they created the League of Nations, though the Senate blocked US participation.  The Peace Conference imposed crippling reparations on Germany and dictated new borders worldwide.  Professor Blaine Davies explains how the new World they created set in motion political and social upheavals that plague us to this day.
