Presidents’ wives, daughters, sisters and nieces have filled one of the most visible roles in our government even though there is no Constitutional basis for the position they held. This fascinating group of women have influenced policy, set social and fashion trends, and tended to the more subtle diplomatic and political side of the presidency. Join us for some fun and a look at an often overlooked and under-appreciated part of United States history.
