Description
In September 2024, Diana and Eric spent 11 days exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks with their friends and frequent travel companions Rebecca and Bob. They hiked up steep cliffs and along flat trails in the Tetons, viewing spectacular jagged mountain ranges, waterfalls, lake and river habitats, wildlife and fall flora. In Yellowstone, the world’s first national park, geysers and other thermal features, scenic splendor, and close encounters with wild creatures were memorable highlights. Join us for a virtual tour of our trek through these magnificent parks, plus information on their history, ecology, in-park accommodations, food favorites, and a side trip to the world-class Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, which houses the largest collection of North American dinosaur fossils in the US.
