Description

The meetings which led to the Treaty of Versailles were effectively the first efforts at a world government.  The result created virtually every border in modern Europe and the middle east.  It was the first major treaty to effect all of Europe since the end of the Napoleonic Wars in 1815.  It would start more nations in Europe than had ever been created by treaty…but from the onset, it was asked to solve more problems than it had any hope of ever addressing.  And faces these decisions in an atmosphere of distrust and hatred.
