Karate is good for everyone! Learning Karate will build strength, improve coordination, increase endurance, and help with balance. In class you will learn at your own pace various blocks, punches, kicks, combinations, and Katas (forms). I teach the traditional Japanese style of Shito-Ryu Shukokai Karate.
